update 3/2022 client choice to wear a mask.

All clients and therapist will be required to wear a mask while in the building. When you are face up during treatment, I ask you leave it on. When face down I understand it may be uncomfortable and hard to breathe. You may remove your mask while face down during your service, as I will furnish the face cradle with a pillowcase “hammock” to catch potential aerosols.

COVID-19-related questions: Review all that apply below:

• Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
• Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
• Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has corona-virus type symptoms?

New Booking & Cancellation Policy

New Booking Policy:
Due to COVID-19, The health and safety of my clients is very important to me. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. Please note, I am requesting that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments.

New Cancellation Policy:
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule in the case you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.

MEADOW BROOK MASSAGE and BODYWORK FOLLOWS STRINGENT DISINFECTION PROCEDURES BETWEEN EVERY CLIENT. PLEASE REST ASSURED THAT THIS HAPPENS UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT I AM TAKING ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES.
 

• I space appointments with ample time for disinfecting and to avoid client overlap.
• I have added an air purifier to my space to assist in us all breathing clean air. 
• Hand sanitizer is readily available for both clients and therapist.   
• I thoroughly wash my hands and elbows before and after each client, following the CDC guidelines for proper hand washing.  
• Disinfection of doorknobs, treatment tables, and treatment areas including anything the therapist or client may touch (i.e. stools, bolsters, door knobs, light switches, side      tables, massage oil dispenser), are done before and after each session with EPA-approved disinfectants. 
• You will always be provided with clean sanitized linens, towels, and blankets for each session. 
• I encourage clients to contact me with any questions, special requests, or concerns.  This approach will  help to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for giving and  receiving massage therapy. My goal is to keep everyone safe, healthy, and feeling good.
